Our Impact: A Decade of Program Data

Rosie Riveters has reached over 60,000 participants nationwide since 2016. We measure what works. Rosie Riveters has collected quantitative and qualitative program data for ten years, tracking STEM interest, confidence, productive struggle, and soft skill development across every program we deliver.

How We Measure Impact

Rosie Riveters uses a comprehensive evaluation process to measure program impact and continuously improve:

  • Multiple perspectives. Our Out-of-School-Time STEM programs collect data from students and parents. Rosie Labs, our in-school program, collects data from students and teachers.
  • Built-in response tools. Every Rosie Labs kit includes a post-program survey postcard with a prepaid, pre-addressed return envelope, ensuring strong response rates from classrooms.
  • Continuous improvement. Internal reviews, project completion tracking, and instructor interviews assess teacher training, project plans, and resources.

Student Outcomes (K-8th Grade)
