Rosie Riveters is honored to announce that we have been awarded a $20,000 grant from the Maxar Better World Foundation. This generous funding will support our mission to inspire and empower young girls through hands-on STEM education, fostering confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
The Maxar Better World Foundation focuses on advancing STEM education for underserved and diverse populations, and we are proud to be among the five organizations selected for this year’s grants. With this support, Rosie Riveters will expand our programs to reach more girls, providing them with the tools and opportunities needed to thrive in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields.
The grant will fund the development and distribution of STEM kits, educator training, and community outreach initiatives, ensuring that more girls have access to quality STEM education. Through these efforts, Rosie Riveters aims to build a pipeline of future leaders who are confident, curious, and ready to tackle the challenges of tomorrow.
