Rosie Riveters is honored to announce that we are among the recipients of the 2025 Brad Sousa Impact Fund grant, awarded by the AVIXA Foundation. This grant will enable us to expand our STEM programs, introducing more young girls to the world of professional audiovisual (Pro AV) careers.
The Brad Sousa Impact Fund, named in memory of Brad Sousa, a respected leader in the AV industry, supports organizations that utilize audiovisual technology to positively transform communities. As one of this year’s grantees, Rosie Riveters will scale our innovative STEM kits, which integrate music and sound science to engage students in learning about AV careers. These kits have proven effective in building confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among young girls.
